Condensed Cupcakes

This is a delicious recipe for fluffy cupcakes, made with condensed milk and having a delightful flavor.

  • 200 grams unsalted butter
  • 200 grams butter with salt
  • 10 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 kilos self-rising flour
  • 400 grams sugar
  • lime zest

  • Cream the butter with the sugar and lemon zest, then add the egg yolks alternating with the flour, followed by the vanilla extract and the condensed milk. Finally, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold them into the previous mixture.
  • Place the cupcake liners into each space of the mold, then transfer the mixture to a piping bag, start filling the molds, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
  • Decorate with chocolate sprinkles, colored sprinkles, and powdered sugar.
