Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, cream, margarine, and vanilla. Add the flour mixture and stir until the flour is moistened. Fold in the chocolate.
Fill the molds lined with paper with the batter.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
Remove from molds and let cool.
