  • 1 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 2 eggs , lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 1/2 cups sour cream , natural yogurt
  • 1/4 cups margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 120 grams chocolate, chopped

  • Preheat the oven to 190ºC.
  • Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, cream, margarine, and vanilla. Add the flour mixture and stir until the flour is moistened. Fold in the chocolate.
  • Fill the molds lined with paper with the batter.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
  • Remove from molds and let cool.
