2 cups self-rising wheat flour
100 grams cocoa powder
175 grams sugar
175 grams unsalted butter
4 eggs
1 cup cow's milk
1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
1 can condensed milk , Milk (Ganache)
200 grams dark chocolate , Chocolate bar (Ganache)
1/4 cups whipping cream, Ganache
1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Cream the butter at medium speed until it whitens, approximately 15 minutes.
Add the sugar gradually.
Flavor with vanilla.
Add the eggs one by one and continue mixing.
Gradually add the flour, alternating with the cup of milk until the mixture is fully combined.
Add cocoa powder until it takes on a dark color.
Place in cupcake molds and bake for 40 minutes at 170 degrees C.
For the ganache, melt the chopped chocolate bar in a double boiler.
Add the heavy cream and mix until completely combined.
Add the can of condensed milk and mix with a wooden spatula. Let cool.
Cover the baked cupcakes with a tablespoon of ganache and sprinkle with chocolate drizzle or colorful candies.
