Crying Cupcakes

These delicious cupcakes are super soft and fragrant, perfect for children's parties or as a gift this Valentine's Day.

  • 2 cups self-rising wheat flour
  • 100 grams cocoa powder
  • 175 grams sugar
  • 175 grams unsalted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 can condensed milk , Milk (Ganache)
  • 200 grams dark chocolate , Chocolate bar (Ganache)
  • 1/4 cups whipping cream, Ganache
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

  • Cream the butter at medium speed until it whitens, approximately 15 minutes.
  • Add the sugar gradually.
  • Flavor with vanilla.
  • Add the eggs one by one and continue mixing.
  • Gradually add the flour, alternating with the cup of milk until the mixture is fully combined.
  • Add cocoa powder until it takes on a dark color.
  • Place in cupcake molds and bake for 40 minutes at 170 degrees C.
  • For the ganache, melt the chopped chocolate bar in a double boiler.
  • Add the heavy cream and mix until completely combined.
  • Add the can of condensed milk and mix with a wooden spatula. Let cool.
  • Cover the baked cupcakes with a tablespoon of ganache and sprinkle with chocolate drizzle or colorful candies.
