  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup cow's milk

  • Beat all the ingredients until you have a homogeneous mixture.
  • Then pour into the molds 3/4 full.
  • Finally, bake at 180 °C or depending on your oven for 20 to 25 minutes... it may take less time.
  • Check that they are not raw by inserting a toothpick in the center; if it comes out clean, the cupcakes are ready...
