Wanting to do something mother-daughter, we decided to make some cupcakes that turned out really delicious. They are fluffy and have an unmatched flavor, prepare them and you won't regret it.
In a deep bowl, mix the condensed milk with the eggs (whisking one by one from the inside out), then mix with the flour, melted butter, vanilla, and finally the baking powder until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Spray butter spray in the 12 molds.
Pour the mixture into the molds up to 3/4 full.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Insert a toothpick, and if it comes out clean, the cupcakes are ready.
