1 1/2 cups wheat flour
1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 cups unsalted butter , at room temperature
1/2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cups cow's milk , with the juice of one lemon, or buttermilk
1 egg
1 tablespoon strawberry essence, artificial
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 cups white chocolate chips
380 grams cream cheese, at room temperature (for the frosting)
180 grams unsalted butter , at room temperature (for the frosting)
1 cup sugar , (for the frosting)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence, (for the frosting)

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Set aside 1 tablespoon of flour and sift the rest with the baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In an electric mixer or by hand with a wooden spoon, cream the butter with the sugar until pale and fluffy. Add the egg and beat until incorporated.
Add the extracts to the buttermilk, and add to the butter mixture alternating with the flour, (starting and ending with flour). Do not overmix.
Add red vegetable dye; then gently fold in the white chocolate chips, mixed with the reserved tablespoon of flour.
In cupcake molds with liners (or greased and floured), fill with the previous mixture to 3/4 capacity. Bake for 20 to 25 min.
For the frosting, beat together the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until it reaches consistency.
