200 grams flour, sifted
200 grams sugar
100 grams unsalted butter

160 milliliters cow's milk
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch salt
190 grams cream cheese, room temperature
90 grams unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1/2 cups icing sugar

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Beat the sugar and butter at medium speed for 5 minutes.
Incorporate the eggs one by one into the mixture.
Add the flour along with the baking powder and a pinch of salt to the mixture.
Add the milk and vanilla extract until fully incorporated into the mixture.
Distribute the mixture into the cupcake molds, filling them 3/4 full.
Bake until they are puffed up and cooked, about 20 minutes.
Frosting: Add the cream cheese and butter to the mixer and mix until fluffy.
Pour in the powdered sugar and the tablespoon of vanilla extract and mix.
