  • 200 grams flour, sifted
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 100 grams unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 160 milliliters cow's milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 190 grams cream cheese, room temperature
  • 90 grams unsalted butter, at room temperature

  • Beat the sugar and butter at medium speed for 5 minutes.
