90 grams unsalted butter, for the cupcakes
1 cup sugar, for the cupcakes
4 eggs, for the cupcakes
2 cups chocolate syrup, for the cupcakes
1 tablespoon vanilla essence, for the cupcakes
1 cup flour, for the cupcakes
1/2 cups whipping cream, for the ganache
250 grams chocolate chips, for the ganache
1 tablespoon instant coffee, for the ganache

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Add the butter and sugar to the mixer.
Beat and add the eggs.
Add the chocolate syrup and continue mixing.
Incorporate the vanilla extract and flour.
Serve the mixture in a cupcake mold.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Place the heavy cream, chocolate chips, and instant coffee in a double boiler.
Stir until completely melted.
Remove the cupcakes from the oven and wait for them to cool.
Add the chocolate ganache to each cupcake.
Decorate with colorful sprinkles.
