  • Add the butter and sugar to the mixer.
  • Beat and add the eggs.
  • Add the chocolate syrup and continue mixing.
  • Incorporate the vanilla extract and flour.
  • Serve the mixture in a cupcake mold.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Place the heavy cream, chocolate chips, and instant coffee in a double boiler.
  • Stir until completely melted.
  • Remove the cupcakes from the oven and wait for them to cool.
  • Add the chocolate ganache to each cupcake.
