  • 1 box chocolate cake mix, for the cupcakes
  • 1 tub vanilla frosting
  • 12 ice cream cones, ice cream
  • fondant, red
  • nonpareil sprinkles, white
  • icing sugar

  • Make the cupcakes as indicated on the box.
  • Remove the cupcake liners from the cupcakes.
  • Using a spatula, spread the white frosting on top of the cupcakes.
  • Paint the leftover frosting green with food coloring.
  • Place the frosting on top of the ice cream cones.
  • Put the cones on top of the frosting of the cupcakes.
  • Add the sprinkles for decoration on the cones.
  • Roll out the red fondant and use a star-shaped cutter to cut out 12 stars.
  • Place the stars on top of the tip of the cones.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
