1 box chocolate cake mix, for the cupcakes
1 tub vanilla frosting
12 ice cream cones, ice cream
fondant, red
nonpareil sprinkles, white
icing sugar

Make the cupcakes as indicated on the box.
Remove the cupcake liners from the cupcakes.
Using a spatula, spread the white frosting on top of the cupcakes.
Paint the leftover frosting green with food coloring.
Place the frosting on top of the ice cream cones.
Put the cones on top of the frosting of the cupcakes.
Add the sprinkles for decoration on the cones.
Roll out the red fondant and use a star-shaped cutter to cut out 12 stars.
Place the stars on top of the tip of the cones.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
