Coffee Cupcakes with Frosting

  • 75 grams brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams flour
  • 2 tablespoons cow's milk
  • 2 tablespoons coffee, ground
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Mix butter, milk, and brown sugar in a bowl. Beat for 3 minutes.
  • Incorporate the egg into the mixture and continue beating until you achieve a uniform batter.
  • Sift the flour, baking soda, coffee, and baking powder. Mix everything with the previous mixture.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
