75 grams brown sugar
1 egg
100 grams flour
2 tablespoons cow's milk
2 tablespoons coffee, ground
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon baking soda

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix butter, milk, and brown sugar in a bowl. Beat for 3 minutes.
Incorporate the egg into the mixture and continue beating until you achieve a uniform batter.
Sift the flour, baking soda, coffee, and baking powder. Mix everything with the previous mixture.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
