Mix in a bowl: cocoa, sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Add the butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Beat well, incorporate the water, and mix.
Evenly distribute this mixture into the molds, approximately halfway full because the mixture will rise while baking. Place a piece of solid chocolate inside each mold.
Bake in the oven at 180ºC for thirty minutes. After this time, remove and let cool for about 10 minutes before removing from the molds and consuming.
