Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and beat well until everything is well combined. If you want the cupcakes to be fluffier, you can sift the flour and baking powder.
Prepare the cupcake tray, either by placing liners in the spaces or, if you prefer without liners, just add a little oil to each space.
Fill 2/3 of the mold with the mixture. If you overfill them, the mixture may spill over when baking.
Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes. Remove them from the oven and let them cool completely before decorating.
