Homemade Cupcakes

Make these delicious homemade cupcakes or little cakes for that craving day. They are super quick and easy to prepare. They turn out delicious.

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • Preheat the oven to 200° C.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and beat well until everything is well combined. If you want the cupcakes to be fluffier, you can sift the flour and baking powder.
  • Prepare the cupcake tray, either by placing liners in the spaces or, if you prefer without liners, just add a little oil to each space.
  • Fill 2/3 of the mold with the mixture. If you overfill them, the mixture may spill over when baking.
  • Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes. Remove them from the oven and let them cool completely before decorating.
