  • 1 tablespoon isomalt sugar

  • Place 1 tbsp of isomalt sugar in the silicone half-sphere mold and melt it in the microwave in 15-second intervals until it is completely liquid. Pour the liquid sugar into the mold and cover all the walls well. Let it dry.
  • Once dry, carefully remove it from the mold and place it on the cupcake.
