Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave in 15-second intervals.
Pour a considerable amount into the silicone half-sphere mold and rotate it to reach all parts and cover completely. Place it on a flat base upside down to drain all the excess chocolate. Let the chocolate cool and carefully peel it off to unmold without breaking it.
With a new blush brush specially for this type of work, take a bit of luster dust and place it on the chocolate until the entire sphere is covered.
With the fondant, shape the little hat of the sphere and with the same fondant make a very thin strip to form the loop for the hook, and when they are dry, paint with the shimmer mixed with white rum to make it liquid and paint.
To attach it, use a tiny bit of fondant mixed with water until it becomes somewhat sticky, place a small portion and stick it on.
Place on the cupcakes for decoration.
