Nutella-Filled Vanilla Cupcakes

This is an ideal recipe for kids; they are delicious vanilla cupcakes filled with Nutella. They are very easy to make, and you can prepare them with the kids. They are fluffy and have a creamy filling, perfect for sharing.

  • 250 grams pancake mix
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 100 grams nutella

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the pancake flour with the sugar.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the vanilla, and while continuing to beat, drizzle in the vegetable oil.
  • You can place the egg mixture in the mixer and gradually add the flour with the sugar. If you prefer, you can also mix the ingredients in the bowl; just add the flour to the egg mixture gradually, beating well between each addition. Beat or blend until you have a smooth mixture.
  • Place cupcake liners in the molds, divide the mixture into the cupcake molds only up to 3/4 of their capacity, as overfilling will cause them to spill over.
  • Bake at 180º for about 15 minutes or until they are fluffy and cooked; you can check by inserting a toothpick; if it comes out clean, they are ready.
  • To make them even tastier, make a small hole in the cupcake and fill it with Nutella while it is still warm. You can make the hole with a spoon or a knife.
