Party Cupcakes

  • 1/2 cups butter, soft
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 cups cocoa powder
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 320 grams butter
  • 300 grams vegetable shortening
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, white
  • 1 kilo icing sugar
  • 3 eggs

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C
  • Sift the flour, cocoa, and baking powder together.
  • Beat the butter with the sugar, then add the eggs and vanilla extract until fluffy.
  • Alternately incorporate the dry ingredients and milk into the butter mixture.
  • Distribute the mixture into the cupcake liners placed in the cupcake pan.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, then let cool.
  • To prepare the frosting, cream the butter and shortening together until the mixture is very fluffy.
  • Add the clear vanilla, and gradually incorporate the powdered sugar. Divide into several portions and color with vegetable dye in the desired colors.
  • Using a piping bag, individually decorate each cupcake, and you can decorate according to the occasion.
