100 milliliters olive oil
200 grams sugar
3 eggs
200 grams flour
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
120 milliliters low-fat milk
1 teaspoon pasta , of violet
4 egg whites, for decoration
225 grams sugar , for decoration
350 grams unsalted butter , for decoration
2 teaspoons pasta , of violets, for decoration
fondant, white and edible pearls, for decoration

First, mix the oil with the sugar; don't forget to preheat the oven to 180ºC.
We add the 3 eggs and start beating.
We incorporate the flour and baking powder and then add the violet paste.
We add the milk and that's it, now we put them in the oven for 20 minutes.
For decoration: We heat the egg whites with the sugar in a double boiler and beat until it becomes like snow.
Now we add the butter.
Add 1 or 2 teaspoons of violet paste.
To make the flowers, we use fondant which is already prepared and ready to use.
