1/2 sticks unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 package pudding, Hershey's white chocolate flavor (powder)
teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cups powdered sugar
6 egg whites
2 vanilla essence
1 cup whipping cream
oreo-type cookies

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
In a large bowl, mix the butter with 3/4 cup of sugar until fluffy.
In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients (pudding, flour, sugar, and baking powder).
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites and vanilla extract.
Slowly incorporate that mixture into the butter bowl and add the dry ingredients in parts.
Grease a cupcake mold with butter and a bit of flour, filling it 3/4 full with the mixture.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes at 180 °C.
For the frosting, mix the powdered sugar with a little heavy cream and some crushed Oreo cookies.
Let the cupcakes cool and decorate them with the frosting.
