  • 250 grams flour
  • 2 grams salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 150 grams unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 milliliters cow's milk
  • 150 grams unsalted butter , for frosting
  • 50 grams powdered sugar, for the frosting
  • 50 grams cocoa, for the frosting

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Sift the dry ingredients.
  • Cream the butter, add the eggs one by one and the vanilla extract.
  • Incorporate the flour alternating with the milk.
  • Pour the mixture into cupcake liners filling them 3/4 full and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Beat the butter with the sugar and cocoa and cover the cupcakes with this mixture once they are cool.
