In a bowl, beat the oil, milk, eggs, and then add the sugar.
Once everything is completely mixed, gradually add the two types of flour at high speed, and finally add the vanilla.
Fill the cupcake liners one third of the way and bake at 180ºC for 15 to 20 minutes.
For the coffee frosting, dissolve the instant coffee in the two tablespoons of milk and set aside, beat the butter until creamy and gradually add the powdered sugar, and finally incorporate the coffee and it's ready.
Once the cupcakes are cool, we fill them with Nutella; using a filling tip in a piping bag, inject each cupcake with Nutella, and finally decorate with the frosting using another piping bag and star tip to finish our cupcake.
