Hazelnut Cream Cupcakes

Delicious hazelnut cream cupcakes that are super rich and easy to make.

  • 200 grams wheat flour, sifted
  • 180 grams granulated sugar
  • 125 grams unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 milliliters plain yogurt
  • 8 tablespoons hazelnut chocolate cream

  • Beat the butter (at room temperature) on high speed until it becomes creamy.
  • Add the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Beat on medium speed.
  • Add the eggs and yogurt. Add the tablespoons of hazelnut cream. (The more hazelnut cream you add, the better and stronger the flavor will be).
  • Beat for 3 minutes on low speed. Then, pour into the prepared molds with the cupcake liners.
  • Place in the preheated oven at 200°C. Leave there for 20 minutes. After the time, you can check if they are ready by inserting a knife into one of them and it comes out completely clean.
  • After taking them out and letting them rest, we can decorate. For the topping, you can use previously melted marshmallows or vanilla frosting.
