2 cups Gamesa® pancake mix
1 cup cow's milk
1 1/2 cups butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 jar strawberry jam
3 cups icing sugar
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/3 cups whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
In a bowl, beat 1 cup of butter until smooth.
Add the sugar and continue mixing.
Add the eggs and two cups of flour to the mixture and beat.
Add the milk and vanilla, mix everything until ensuring that the mixture is homogeneous and without lumps.
Place liners in a cupcake pan.
Pour 3/4 of the mixture into each liner and bake for 30 minutes.
For the frosting, beat 1/2 cup of butter until smooth.
Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and beat.
Take the cupcakes out of the oven.
Add the jam into a syringe and inject each cupcake.
Decorate the cupcakes with the frosting.
