This recipe is for mini chocolate cupcakes with Italian meringue.

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 250 milliliters cow's milk
  • cocoa powder , to taste
  • chocolates, in chocolate chips

  • We mix the butter with the tablespoons of sugar.
  • Then we add an egg, the flour plus a teaspoon of baking powder, and then we incorporate the milk.
  • To make them chocolate, we add cocoa powder to taste and chocolate chips. We beat the whole mixture, add a little to the molds, and put them in the oven to make them beautiful.
  • Then we decorate with Italian meringue.
