Mini Yogurt Cupcakes

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • lime zest
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 150 grams unsalted butter
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 200 grams cream cheese, for the frosting
  • 200 grams unsalted butter , for the frosting
  • 3 powdered sugar
  • lime zest
  • lemon juice

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • To make the batter, put all the ingredients in the mixer for 2 minutes.
  • Pour the batter into molds with liners and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • For the frosting: in the mixer, cream the butter and cream cheese, then add the powdered sugar and lemon until you get a smooth frosting.
  • Fill the cupcakes with frosting and also decorate them, adding pieces of strawberry, kiwi, blackberry, or any fruit you like.
