Beat the butter until creamy, add the sugar and continue beating, then add the eggs and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, sift the flour and add the salt, baking powder, cocoa powder, and mix gently with a spatula.
Slowly mix the dry ingredients with the wet ones, adding the water and coffee gradually until you have a smooth batter, using the mixer. Finally, add the chocolate chips to taste.
Preheat the oven to 180°C or 350°F, place the cupcake liners in the molds, and fill them to 1/2 of the liner. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
If using the mini cupcake machine, let them bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
