200 grams lard, softened
240 grams brown sugar
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoons salt
200 grams flour
55 grams cream
200 grams yogurt, vanilla
200 grams cocoa , bitter

Beat the butter with the brown sugar, beating until a cream is obtained.
Then add the eggs one at a time.
Sift the dry ingredients over the previous mixture.
In a separate bowl, combine the cream with the yogurt and fold into the previous mixture.
Finally, sift the bitter cocoa over the batter and mix until it is integrated.
Fill the cupcake liners (paper cups) 3/4 of the way full.
