Peach Cupcakes

  • 150 grams sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams butter
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 6 ounces cow's milk
  • 250 grams wheat flour
  • 8 peaches, large and ripe

  • Preheat the oven to 100 degrees Celsius.
  • Wash, peel, and remove the seed from the peaches.
  • Grate the peaches on the finest side of the grater.
  • Place the butter, sugar, and eggs in the mixer.
  • Whip until the mixture looks homogeneous.
  • Add the milk and 3/4 of the peach.
  • Continue mixing for 3 minutes.
  • Distribute the batter into the cupcake mold.
  • Decorate the cupcakes with the remaining peach.
  • Bake at 100 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
  • Let it cool and enjoy.
