150 grams sugar
4 eggs
200 grams butter
2 tablespoons vanilla essence
6 ounces cow's milk
250 grams wheat flour
8 peaches, large and ripe

Preheat the oven to 100 degrees Celsius.
Wash, peel, and remove the seed from the peaches.
Grate the peaches on the finest side of the grater.
Place the butter, sugar, and eggs in the mixer.
Whip until the mixture looks homogeneous.
Add the milk and 3/4 of the peach.
Continue mixing for 3 minutes.
Distribute the batter into the cupcake mold.
Decorate the cupcakes with the remaining peach.
Bake at 100 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
Let it cool and enjoy.
