Quick Cupcakes with a Delicious Frosting

This recipe is for making simple, fluffy, and delicious cupcakes, with a delightful cream cheese frosting.

  • 1 box cake mix, from the brand Betty Crocker (with the ingredients it asks for)
  • 1/2 sticks cream cheese, (frosting)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar, (frosting)
  • 1 stick unsalted butter , (frosting)

  • Put the flour and the ingredients listed on the back (oil, water, and eggs) in a bowl. Mix until the mixture is completely homogeneous.
  • Place cupcake liners in the baking molds and pour the mixture into the cupcake machine, it is important not to fill the molds, fill them to 3/4 to avoid spilling while baking.
  • For the frosting, beat the cream cheese and butter, then gradually add the powdered sugar.
  • Follow the time and power instructions of the cupcake machine, insert a toothpick to check if they are cooked. It should come out clean and without batter.
  • Once you have baked your cupcakes and the frosting is ready, you can decorate them however you like. (use a piping bag and if you wish, add food coloring to the frosting).
