Royal icing is used to decorate cakes or cookies, and it's very easy to make.

  • 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 400 grams powdered sugar
  • vegetable colorings

  • Beat the egg whites until they are white, add the lemon juice, and without stopping the beating, gradually add the powdered sugar.
  • Continue beating until stiff peaks form. Add the food coloring of your choice.
