1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 cups butter
1/4 cups sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
3/4 cups strawberries, a little crushed
1/4 cups champagne
1 package cream cheese
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
1/4 cups strawberries, smoothies
6 strawberries

In a bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Lightly beat the butter with the sugar and slowly add the egg and vanilla.
Gradually add the dry ingredients, alternating with the crushed strawberry and champagne.
Place the cupcake liners in the cupcake molds. Pour the mixture until three-quarters full. Bake at 180 ºC for 20 minutes.
For the frosting: lightly beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and blended strawberry. Decorate with the frosting and half a strawberry.
