  • Preheat the oven to 170ºC.
  • Add the teaspoon of lemon to the milk and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • Beat the sugar substitute, eggs, and olive oil.
  • Sift the flour and baking powder and add it to what you have already beaten and mix it in.
  • Add the milk curdled with the lemon and beat again. Your batter is ready to bake.
  • Place the cupcake liners in the cupcake mold.
  • Fill the molds with batter to 1/3 of the mold.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • For the frosting, sift the sugar substitute, butter, and cream cheese in a bowl. Beat until ready to decorate or fill our cupcakes.
