100 milliliters olive oil
3 eggs
220 grams flour
2 teaspoons yeast
100 milliliters cow's milk
1 teaspoon lime juice
70 grams artificial sweetener
150 grams cream cheese
24 tablespoons artificial sweetener
100 grams butter, at room temperature

Preheat the oven to 170ºC.
Add the teaspoon of lemon to the milk and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Beat the sugar substitute, eggs, and olive oil.
Sift the flour and baking powder and add it to what you have already beaten and mix it in.
Add the milk curdled with the lemon and beat again. Your batter is ready to bake.
Place the cupcake liners in the cupcake mold.
Fill the molds with batter to 1/3 of the mold.
Bake for 15 minutes.
For the frosting, sift the sugar substitute, butter, and cream cheese in a bowl. Beat until ready to decorate or fill our cupcakes.
