100 grams sugar
100 grams flour
100 grams margarine
100 grams apple, in tiny pieces
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
75 grams cream cheese, for the meringue
50 grams butter, for the meringue
300 grams icing sugar, sifted, for the meringue

Preheat the oven to 180°C, prepare your molds with the liners you wish to use.
Mix the margarine with the sugar until a uniform paste forms.
Gradually add the two eggs. Meanwhile, sift the flour together with the baking powder.
Slowly add the dry ingredients.
Finally, add the apple until it is perfectly incorporated into the mixture.
Pour the batter into the cupcake liners. Place them in the oven for 20 minutes.
While the cupcakes cool, mix the cream cheese with the butter and the previously sifted powdered sugar.
If desired, you can add color to the meringue.
Decorate with a 1M tip
