Super Easy and Quick Apple Cinnamon Cupcakes

It’s a super delicious recipe that, as soon as it goes into the oven, releases a wonderful smell of apple and cinnamon, reminding us of Christmas.

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C, prepare your molds with the liners you wish to use.
  • Mix the margarine with the sugar until a uniform paste forms.
  • Gradually add the two eggs. Meanwhile, sift the flour together with the baking powder.
  • Slowly add the dry ingredients.
  • Finally, add the apple until it is perfectly incorporated into the mixture.
  • Pour the batter into the cupcake liners. Place them in the oven for 20 minutes.
  • While the cupcakes cool, mix the cream cheese with the butter and the previously sifted powdered sugar.
  • If desired, you can add color to the meringue.
  • Decorate with a 1M tip
