These surprise cupcakes are delicious and easy to prepare, with an exquisite filling of dulce de leche that will leave everyone craving a second cupcake.
Before adding the flour to the mold, we sift it (pass through a strainer to eliminate any lumps it may contain).
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C or 360 F and place cupcake liners in the cupcake molds.
In a saucepan, we combine the flour, salt, and sugar.
The eggs are beaten separately with the vanilla.
We combine the egg mixture with the flour, mix well (this mixture can be done with a mixer or with a spatula) and add the butter, beating constantly until a compact and homogeneous mixture is achieved.
We incorporate the grated white chocolate with a ladle and mix gently.
We add the mixture to the molds, filling them 3/4 full (do not fill the mold completely, remember that cupcakes rise and this will prevent overflow).
In each of the molds, add 1 1/2 teaspoons of chocolate chips, pushing them in as much as possible.
Place them in the oven, cooking for approximately 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out dry.
After the set time, remove them from the oven and let them cool.
Additionally, place the dulce de leche (arequipe) in a piping bag with a filling tip, and fill each of the cupcakes; dust with powdered sugar. You can also decorate to your liking.
