Sweet Romance Coffee Cupcakes

  • 180 grams condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 100 grams flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 90 grams condensed milk, refrigerated
  • 800 grams whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons coffee liqueur

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Sift the flour into a deep bowl along with the baking soda, set aside.
  • Beat the 180 gr. of condensed milk and add the eggs one by one, continue beating, add the butter in small portions, and mix perfectly.
  • Pour the flour with the baking soda into the mixture until a consistent dough is achieved. In special molds, place the liners and fill them 2/3 of the way full.
  • Put in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until they are slightly golden and a toothpick comes out completely clean when inserted. Allow to cool on a rack.
  • When they are cool, insert an apple corer into the center without reaching the bottom and remove it. Pour a little condensed milk and cover with the piece of cake again.
  • To decorate, in a bowl, cream the whipped cream, and before it reaches the desired consistency, gradually add the coffee liqueur, and if desired, a bit of gel food coloring.
  • Continue whipping until a fluffy consistency is obtained. Place the mixture in a star tip pastry bag or the nozzle of your choice and decorate.
