Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Sift the flour into a deep bowl along with the baking soda, set aside.
Beat the 180 gr. of condensed milk and add the eggs one by one, continue beating, add the butter in small portions, and mix perfectly.
Pour the flour with the baking soda into the mixture until a consistent dough is achieved. In special molds, place the liners and fill them 2/3 of the way full.
Put in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until they are slightly golden and a toothpick comes out completely clean when inserted. Allow to cool on a rack.
When they are cool, insert an apple corer into the center without reaching the bottom and remove it. Pour a little condensed milk and cover with the piece of cake again.
To decorate, in a bowl, cream the whipped cream, and before it reaches the desired consistency, gradually add the coffee liqueur, and if desired, a bit of gel food coloring.
Continue whipping until a fluffy consistency is obtained. Place the mixture in a star tip pastry bag or the nozzle of your choice and decorate.
