  • 1 pineapple

  • On a chopping board, cut the crown and the bottom part of the pineapple and peel.
  • Using a paring knife, cut out pineapples’ eyes.
  • Cut pineapple into thin slices and place them on a silicone baking mat.
  • Bake pineapple slices for 60 minutes at 212 ºF or until dried. Remove dried pineapple slices and place them on a cupcake pan to shape them like a flower.
  • Bake dried pineapple flowers for 30 minutes at 212 ºF or until translucent. Do not burn dried pineapple flowers.
  • Pour a bit of whipped cream on top of each cupcake and stick dried pineapple flower on top.
