Dalmatian Cupcakes

This recipe is for some delicious Dalmatian cupcakes for you to prepare for yourself or even as a gift for a friend, whether it's for a birthday or a get well soon gift. Always a nice gesture and with a delicious flavor.

  • 1 package vanilla cake mix
  • 1 1/4 cups water of roses
  • 1/4 cups vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs , large
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chip
  • 1 box vanilla frosting, prepared

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease or line 24 cupcake molds with parchment paper.
  • Combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large bowl.
  • Beat on low speed for 1 minute; scrape the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula.
  • Beat on high speed for 1 minute. Add 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chunks (chips).
  • Pour the batter into the prepared molds, filling them 2/3 full.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cupcake comes out clean.
  • Let cool in the molds on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
  • Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Frost the cupcakes. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate chunks.
