1 package vanilla cake mix
1 1/4 cups water of roses
1/4 cups vegetable oil
3 eggs , large
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chip
1 box vanilla frosting, prepared

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease or line 24 cupcake molds with parchment paper.
Combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large bowl.
Beat on low speed for 1 minute; scrape the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula.
Beat on high speed for 1 minute. Add 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chunks (chips).
Pour the batter into the prepared molds, filling them 2/3 full.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cupcake comes out clean.
Let cool in the molds on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Frost the cupcakes. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate chunks.
