Delicious Berry Cake with Cream

This way of presenting the vanilla cake is very simple and looks great, plus it gives an extra touch to the vanilla bread complementing its flavor. It is served with strawberries, blueberries, and sweet sour cream. You can accompany it with a glass of fresh milk.

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 2 cups strawberry , slice
  • 1/4 cups strawberry , canned
  • 1 Biscuit, vanilla cut into 8 slices
  • 2 cups blueberry

  • Mix the sour cream and sugar; put the lid on. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Mix fresh strawberries with canned strawberries. Let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • Cover the slices of cake with spoonfuls of the sour cream mixture; decorate them with the strawberry mixture and blueberries.
