In a small saucepan combine cream, chocolate and sugar; Heat to low heat until mixture is well incorporated, about 10 minutes and remove from heat.
Gradually put a third of the chocolate to the beaten yolks, stirring very well and incorporate them to the rest of the chocolate, cook over low heat for 2 more minutes and remove from heat.
Add vanilla, wait 5 minutes and serve in glasses and cool completely.
