Delicious Crazy Watermelon

If fruit snacks with a spicy touch are your favorites, we’ll show you how to make a Crazy Watermelon with fresh fruits and a nut mix that will give it a very original flavor. Additionally, you can decorate the watermelon with some fruit skewers with chili. This is a healthy snack because it only contains the amount of sugar found in natural fruit, as Nature’s Heart nuts are sugar-free.

  • Cut one end of the watermelon and use a parisienne spoon to form pulp pearls to hollow it out. Set aside.
  • With the help of a knife, cut half of the strawberries with the stem into a fan shape. Remove the stem from the rest of the strawberries. Set aside.
  • Peel and cut the kiwis and pineapple into cubes. Make skewers with the strawberries without stems, the fruit cubes, and the watermelon pearls by inserting them onto skewers, making sure the strawberries are at the tip. Only cover the strawberries with lime juice and chili powder. Set aside.
  • With the help of a peeler, peel the mangoes and cut them into strips, roll them up and set aside.
  • For assembly, fill the watermelon with jicama and cucumber, add the watermelon pearls, orange wedges, mango rolls, insert the skewers, and finish with the sugar-free spicy fruit and nut mix from Nature’s Heart®. Serve with lime juice and enjoy.
