  • 1 package María cookies
  • 2 envelopes lime gelatin
  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 200 grams butter
  • 2 cups water

  • The cookies are crushed and mixed with the melted butter. A new smooth dough is formed and it is spread in a baking dish with the mixture.
  • The gelatin is dissolved in boiling water and allowed to cool slightly.
  • Then, it is blended in a blender with the evaporated milk.
  • Once it has foamed, it is poured into the mold prepared with the cookies and placed in the refrigerator to finish setting.
  • It is served very cold. Do not put it in the freezer.
