Delicious No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake

  • 2 cups OREO cookies
  • 1/3 cups butter, melted
  • 3 packages cream cheese, (190 g each)
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, 7g each, hydrated and melted
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 250 grams dark chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • Using a spatula, separate the filling from the Oreo cookies and set aside.
  • In a processor, crush the cookies, set aside 1/3 cup, and add the melted butter to the rest.
  • In a 20 cm diameter round cake mold, pour the previous preparation and use a spoon to compact it until a base forms. Refrigerate.
  • Using a mixer, cream the cream cheese, add the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, the reserved cookie filling, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and beat for 5 minutes, add the crushed cookie you reserved and the gelatin, beat until combined. Pour into the mold and refrigerate until set.
  • For the ganache, in a small pot, heat the heavy cream, add the chocolate chips, and stir constantly until fully combined, add the butter and set aside. Cool slightly.
  • Pour the ganache over the cheesecake, decorate with whipped cream, Oreo cookies, and dark chocolate and white chocolate chips.
