Delicious Three Milk Cake

This delicious Three Milk Cake consists of a cake soaked in cream, condensed milk, and evaporated milk, making it the ideal cake to celebrate birthdays and other special occasions.

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • Preheat the oven to 175 °C. Grease a medium aluminum pan.
  • Beat the egg yolks with ¾ cup of sugar until it achieves a light color and the volume has doubled. Gradually incorporate the milk, vanilla, and baking powder.
  • In a small bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Slowly add the rest of the sugar. Beat until the mixture is firm but not dry. Fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture. Pour into the greased pan.
  • Bake at 175 °C for 45 to 50 minutes. Insert a fork into the surface of the cake, and if it comes out clean, your cake is ready.
  • Mix the condensed milk, evaporated milk, and ¼ cup of heavy cream. Set aside one cup of the three milk mixture (discard or refrigerate for another use). Slowly pour the rest of the three milks over the cake until absorbed. Whip the remaining cream until it thickens and reaches the meringue stage. Cover the cake and decorate with cherries.
