Delicious Tiramisu

  • 300 grams ladyfingers
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 cup strong coffee
  • 2 tablespoons amaretto
  • 250 grams mascarpone cheese
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 100 grams icing sugar

  • Raise the egg whites and add a pinch of salt.
  • Beat the egg yolks together with the sugar in a bowl until white. Then add the mascarpone cheese and incorporate it.
  • Delicately add the egg whites little by little into the second mixture in an enveloping way.
  • Mix the coffee with the liquor in a container and set aside.
  • Add the mixture to the cookies.
  • In a refractory place a layer of cookies, then put a layer of the mascarpone mixture, put the cocoa with a strainer, then another level starting with the cookies, the mixture and cocoa until the mixture is finished.
  • Finish the tiramisu with the cocoa coating.
