  • 500 grams sugar
  • 1 liter cow's milk
  • 1 stick cinnamon

  • Mix the milk with the sugar and cinnamon; put the mixture on the heat and stir constantly until the bottom of the pot is visible.
  • Remove from heat and pour the mixture into a mold lined with wafers. Let the jamoncillo cool, cut it into squares, and then cut them diagonally to obtain triangles.
