1 can condensed milk
1 can table cream
1 cup low-fat milk
1 can canned fruit coktail
1 envelope unflavored gelatin powder
1 cup pineapple juice

Blend the condensed milk, the cream, and the skim milk.
Pour the mixture into a container and add the fruit in syrup.
In a separate bowl, mix the gelatin and the pineapple juice very well until it dissolves completely.
