  • 19 grams cocoa powder
  • 10 grams cocoa, European

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cups almond milk, or unsweetened coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 3/4 cups coconut sugar
  • 1/3 cups avocado oil
  • 2/3 cups coconut cream, without sugar, for the ganache
  • 3/4 cups chocolate, 70% cocoa, chopped, for the ganache

  • Heat the oven at 170°C (350°F). Grease a silicone donut pan with coconut spray oil
  • In a bowl, sift Almond flour and coconut flour, cocoa, European cocoa, arrowroot starch, sodium bicarbonate and sea salt.
  • Mix the eggs with almond milk, vanilla, coconut sugar and oil, add the dry ingredients and integrate well using a balloon whisk to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  • Place the mixture in a pastry bag and fill 2/3 of the mold.
  • Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool 5 minutes.
  • Place the baking paper on the mold and with a board turn it over to unmold the donuts.
  • For the chocolate ganache, heat in a microwave-safe container the coconut cream with honey and avocado oil for 45 seconds. Add the chocolate and mix with a balloon whisk or manual turbo blender until you have a homogeneous mixture.
  • Decorate the donuts with the chocolate ganache and play around with the spreads. Enjoy
