Carrot Donuts with Cream Cheese Frosting

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • For the donuts, beat the flour with the sugar, rexal® baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, egg, oil, milk, and vanilla extract for 5 minutes.
  • Add the carrot and beat for 7 more minutes to combine.
  • Pour the previous mixture into a previously greased and floured donut mold, bake for 25 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
  • For the frosting, beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar until creamy.
  • Using a spatula, spread the cream cheese over the donuts and add the chopped walnuts.
