3/4 cups sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons Rexal® baking powder
1/4 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
1 egg
2/3 cups vegetable oil
1/2 cups cow's milk
1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
1/2 cups carrot , grated
190 grams cream cheese, for the frosting
1/4 cups powdered sugar, for the frosting
nut , finely chopped, for decoration

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
For the donuts, beat the flour with the sugar, rexal® baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, egg, oil, milk, and vanilla extract for 5 minutes.
Add the carrot and beat for 7 more minutes to combine.
Pour the previous mixture into a previously greased and floured donut mold, bake for 25 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
For the frosting, beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar until creamy.
Using a spatula, spread the cream cheese over the donuts and add the chopped walnuts.
