Crumble the yeast, form a hole in the center with 1/4 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of cocoa powder, 1 cup of flour, and place the yeast in the center.
Add 3/4 cup of hot milk to dissolve the yeast.
Incorporate the flour gradually and add 3 tablespoons of butter until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Transfer the dough to a metal container and cover with a damp cloth, letting it rest for 30 minutes.
Mix the rest of the flour, cocoa powder, eggs, butter, milk, and sugar.
When the volume of the dough that was left to rest increases, mix it with the other. Leave in a metal container and let it rest for an hour or until it doubles in size, covering with a damp cloth.
Knead and using a rolling pin, roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 or 3 cm. Cut into donut shapes, a large circle and a smaller one in the center.
Place the donuts on a baking sheet and let rest for 30 minutes or until they double in volume.
Fry the donuts in very hot oil and transfer to a plate with paper towels to drain the excess fat.
Let cool for 5 minutes and melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
Dip each donut front side into the melted chocolate, decorating with white and milk chocolate chips.
Serve.
