We incorporate the milk and mix until everything is integrated.
We add 1 cup of sugar and all the other ingredients except the chocolate and oil.
We stir well until we obtain a homogeneous mixture.
We separate half of the mixture.
We dissolve the chocolate tablet in a container, and once dissolved, we incorporate it into the mixture we set aside until homogeneous.
We let the mixture rest for about 20 minutes to rise due to the yeast.
We heat a large pan with plenty of oil over medium heat.
Once the mixture has risen, on a previously floured surface, we knead. Then we roll out and flatten with a rolling pin.
We cut several donuts from the mixture using a donut cutter, removing the excess until we finish the dough. We do this with both mixtures.
If a cutter is not available, take strips of dough and join them at the end to shape them into donuts.
In the hot oil, we drop each of the donuts and fry them on both sides without burning them.
On a large plate, we put the remaining sugar. Once the donuts come out, we coat them in sugar on both sides until fully covered.
We let them cool on a tray separately.
