I am addicted to chocolate and strawberries. One day I woke up with a crazy idea and started mixing ingredients until a delicious addictive donut was created.
Mix a little flour, all the sugar, and the yeast in a bowl for two minutes.
Add the milk and the beaten egg, mix well, and finish adding the rest of the flour. Knead for 8 minutes, then add the butter and knead until the dough no longer sticks to your hands.
A ball forms and it rests for 40 minutes. We roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm. Cut into donut shapes, let them rise again, and fry.
Melt the chocolate with the condensed milk and two tablespoons of fresh ginger juice (squeeze in a processor) and half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Then add some strawberries and toasted coconut.
Coat the fried donuts with the mixture, and top with chopped strawberries and coconut.
